1. Shape characteristics of processed materials:
The shapes of materials fixed on the machine before processing are mainly plates, square columns, cylinders, irregular bodies, plates and some square columns (rectangles), which can be processed by ordinary traditional models, that is, flat engraving machines. Cylinders and stereometers generally require detailed communication and determination.

2. Engraving accuracy requirements:
At present, the processing accuracy of engraving machines can meet the needs of copper and aluminum materials, styrofoam foam, some metal cutting, automotive molds, wooden molds and other industries. The actual processing accuracy is conservatively estimated to be 0.05mm under the theoretical value of 0.1mm.

3. The maximum size of the material and whether it is mass-produced:
Generally refers to the length, width, thickness or length and diameter, so as to determine the stroke of the machine. The company has currently produced a CNC engraving machine with a thickness of 1.1 meters and a processing diameter of 50 centimeters; if the finished product needs to be mass-produced, the corresponding multi-head machine can be recommended and the specific model can be finally determined.
